How do I order products from your online store?

To order products simply browse our online store and click on the product image that you are wanting to purchase. From the product detail page you can select a size/colour if relevant and press the “add to cart” button. Your shopping cart is like a shopping trolley, you can keep adding to it until you have finished shopping. To view the content of your cart click on the “shopping cart” link. If you are ready to finalise your purchase you may press the “continue to checkout” button and follow the on screen instructions. Please ensure that you provide correct contact details and a valid delivery address.

 

I’m having trouble purchasing online – what should I do?

What if I am purchasing a gift for someone?

If you are purchasing a gift for someone the process is the same as shopping for yourself. Once you get to the checkout process simply enter in the recipients address as the delivery address.

 

Can my order be cancelled or changed?

You can change your order if you are still in the process of shopping online. However if you have completed your order and have gone through the checkout process it isn’t possible to cancel or change your order. If you are still browsing and haven’t finalised your purchase you may update what’s in your shopping cart.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Direct Deposit.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Generally orders take approx. 10-15 business days to be shipped. If we have any issues fulfilling your order which may delay delivery time you will be contacted by customer service.

 

If no one is home can my parcel be left on the doorstep?

Unfortunately we do not give authority for orders to be left at your doorstep. If the delivery address is unattended the courier will leave a card and advise you on how to obtain your order.

 

I should have received my order by now, what should I do?

I have a Country Interiors gift card, am I able to use this online?

Country Interiors gift cards may only be used in store.

 

I thought I registered, but I seem to have forgotten my username/password.

Please visit our ‘login/account’ page. Click on ‘forgot your password?’ and you will be prompted to enter in your email address. Please note that if you had previously registered as an online user on our old website you will need to re-register on our new website.
